Environmental labelling of Aliplast packaging
Aliplast S.p.a. in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 116 of 3 September 2020, fulfils the obligation of Environmental Labelling in accordance with the provisions of the "Guidelines on Environmental Labelling", pursuant to Article 219, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 152 of 3 April 2006. From 01/01/2023, the transport documents (DDT) accompanying the goods will be marked:
- Alphanumeric material identification coding, based on Decision 97/129/EC, on all Packaging Materials and Packaging produced.
- A QR code to convey content on the environmental labelling of Materials Used for Packaging of manufactured articles.
The table below shows the coding from Decision 97/129/EC of the main categories of packaging or packaging material produced by Aliplast S.p.A:

In the table below, all the information required by environmental labelling regulations has been reported in order to facilitate collection, reuse, recovery, recycling and to give correct information on the final destinations of the packaging used by Aliplast S.p.A..

Recalling the "principle of shared responsibility" sanctioned by Art. 219, paragraph 2 of the TUA, (reported in MITE Circular 52445/2021), all Customers are invited to convey the contents on environmental labelling provided by Aliplast S.p.a., so that complete and suitable information is guaranteed, in favour of all the subjects of the supply chain, as provided for by paragraph 5 of Art. 219 of the TUA.
