At Aliplast we’ve integrated the life cycle of plastic, and we’ve done it 100%, overseeing every phase thanks to an industrial process that renews itself every day. COLLECTION OF PLASTICS WASTE AND SCRAPS.
Every year we process over 80,000 tons of plastic waste. We collect plastics waste and scraps directly from companies, using vehicles and procedures specialized in materials sorting. With their subsequent use already in mind, we sort them on-site, based on the most suitable storage and pickup procedures. We optimize the use of space, limit environmental impact, and ensure the proper launch of a quality recycling process.

The process

RECYCLING OF PLASTICS.

Every day we transform PE and PET and, to a lesser extent, PP too. We process mainly LDPE and PET wastes at our plants. They arrive in the form of bales and, after thorough checks, are sent into production. The material is sorted by hand to remove any foreign objects, while an industrial washing process removes even the smallest impurities. The material is then ground and regenerated in the form of PE granules or PET flakes and granules. What comes out of our plant, in this way, can be sold as is or else we can transform it into a product: not just PE film, but also rigid PET sheets, suitable even for the food industry.

PRODUCTION OF POLYMERS AND FILMS WITH RECYCLED PLASTIC .

At Aliplast, over 20 blown-film production lines for PE and various extrusion lines for PET flakes products conceived to meet the most diverse needs in an effective, sustainable, and economically competitive way.
