Andriolo at 'Economy of the Future': 'Recycling should play a more central role'.

Aliplast CEO Carlo Andriolo was a guest at 'l'Economia del Futuro', an event organised by 'Corriere della Sera' and focusing on sustainability and climate change issues.

The event is now in its sixth year and features companies that are taking the sustainable turn. Companies such as Aliplast, which recycles around 100,00 tonnes of plastic every year.

According to Andriolo, who spoke on the first day, 'we need to focus more and more on short supply chains and the sustainability of materials. In a time of great uncertainty such as the one we are currently experiencing, focusing on short supply chains means securing reliable partners'.
