From Lyon to Amsterdam via Milan: a long spring of events

30 March 2022

Many appointments await our company in the coming months. It starts from 5 to 8 April with participation at the France Innovation Plasturgie (FIP) in Lyon and continues from 3 to 6 May with the Ipack-IMA trade fair in Milan, and then closes with the Plastic Recling Show (PRSE), which will take place in Amsterdam on 22 and 23 June. Participation in the trade fairs in attendance is part of a strategy to support specialised events, with the aim of relaunching the industry and providing direct contact with customers and operators in the sector.

At FIP our innovative technologies for the French market

FIP is the reference event dedicated to plastics treatment and recycling technologies on the French market. The 2022 edition will feature a new format and will revolve around three thematic areas: plastics, composite materials and the rubber industry. A central role will be played by technologies applied to the production and recycling of plastics, with specific reference to circular processes.

Processes such as the 'closed loop' carried out by our company, a model that involves collecting the waste directly from the customer and returning the same reclaimed product. In fact, our company has specific know-how on the French market, as we have important orders, for example with the wine and champagne industry. We are also able to preside directly over the territory through our subsidiary Aliplast France, which has been active for decades in the field of plastic waste collection.

Regardless of infrastructure, the flexibility of our solutions still allows us to operate across geographies and sectors. In addition to Food and Beverage, we can in fact serve sectors as diverse as Automotive, Chemicals, Construction and Ceramics, offering products ranging from PET granules to rPET sheets, as well as a wide range of flexible rLDPE films.

You will find us at Eurexpo in Lyon from 5 to 8 April, in HALL 6, Stand P12/O13

From recovery to production: a complete offer for the packaging sector in Milan

Our products are an extremely reliable secondary raw material and offer performance in line with virgin plastic in terms of shelf life and product protection, while minimising their impact on the environment. Both LDPE films and rPET sheets are therefore particularly suitable for the packaging of consumer goods, especially in areas such as Food and Beverage, which are the main sectors addressed by Ipack-IMA.

The Milan fair will also see the premiere of 'Reload', Aliplast's trademark for polymers and films made with a high percentage of recovered material. All three product lines manufactured by our company will be able to bear the Reload brand; from recycled polymers, in granules or flakes, to flexible and rigid films, provided they are made of at least 90% recycled material.

The products in the Reload line will sacrifice nothing in terms of quality and performance, maintaining characteristics such as high mechanical strength and flexibility of use, while contributing to a concrete reduction of the carbon footprint. In addition to food packaging, Reload products will therefore be usable in various sectors including automotive, furniture, ceramics, cosmetics and chemicals.

Reload represents a further guarantee for customers who, regardless of their sector of activity, will now have the certainty of using materials that can make a concrete contribution to reducing the carbon footprint, thus safeguarding the environment. Reload-branded polymers and films, as well as the other Aliplast product families, are the result of completely 'circular' processes: a model that envisages the collection of waste directly from the company and the return of the same regenerated product.

We will be exhibiting at Ipack-IMA from 3 to 6 May 2022, in Hall 7 - Stand C30
